Energize!

The starting position is really simple: we're a small group of people, working in tech related fields, who got involved with aid and relief efforts for those in need in Ukraine.

Where we are: we're located in the northern counties of Romania, just south of the Ukraine border.

What are our goals: providing heating, electricity generation, water filtration, communications equipment to those in need.

Why: because someone has to.

Our request for help: we are not an NGO - at least not yet. The reason for this is simple,the legislation regarding NGO's that operate and move gear outside the EU, still hasn't caught up to the objective reality of an ongoing war, it is extremely expensive in operating costs.

Accountability: we'll try to document where your donation goes and if we get permission from the recipients, we'll try to provide photos, messages. Please understand that this isn't always possible.

What we have accomplished so far: custom built oil stoves and heating equipment, multifuel generators for the Ivano region (total value approx 8000 euro), multifuel generators for the Cherkasy region (total value approx 6000 euro). Various food / winter survival gear for the Kherson region. Wherever there is a need, we try to help.

The specific goal of this campaign: winter resilience. For now, we are focusing on three aspects, power, water, shelter, in the Cherkasy and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.Any help you can provide, to purchase equipment, organize transport,pay for raw materials needed in fabrication - all are welcome.
